Absolutely first class service from my first telephone call enquiring through to completing the sale. I had one main point of contact, Rachel, who expertly guided me through the whole process, giving excellent advice . The suggestion to offer an attractive guide and reserve price succeeded in attracting a lot of interest and an excellent sold price.The house I sold is tenanted with a tenant who was anxious about me having to sell the house and a special thank you for the sensitive way in which Rachel communicated with my tenant, putting her at ease.

These positive reviews are true? For us was not the same Dealing with this one way company what we found they only interested how to ripped of both parties buyers & sellers. We understand it’s business but you can’t be greedy too much. Avoid any cost if you’re in process read the contract first before bidding. Highly professional service. I was given a key contact or account manager and they were pro-active in keeping in touch and advising on progress. My property went through two auctions (it was in a terrible state). In the first auction it didnt reach the reserve price, but second time around it went for a price beyond highest expectations. I am very pleased with the outcome and happy to recommend this company. An auction can be a daunting experience, but Auction House gained my trust and we had a happy ending.

We wanted a quick sale after having an offer on the open market fall through at the last minute, but the Auction House attracted enough interest and we ended up with a better price than we had accepted through the estate agents.
