Excellent choice for FTB. Could not be happier, nothing was a problem, if we had a question we always got an nice answer. Shea and Nicole and the rest of the team are amazing. Big respect because of the fact, that when we asked for a mortgage and they sorted it out, they (on their own initiative) contacted us and told us that there will be better rates coming if we want to get those instead (no costs, nothing, literally just submit the whole thing under better rates) we did not have to do anything extra they sorted all on their end. We do HIGHLY recommend these guys, and I already did to my colleagues and friends who are also looking to buy a house. Nothing was left unanswered or vague or left us wondering "what if". Absolutely bloody brilliant! Thank you again!

Incredible service during a trying time for everyone involved with the COVID pandemic. Ensured that even after my original mortgage offer fell through due to the crisis, they stayed in constant contact with new offers being presented to me and each new roadblock that occurred was met with multiple people trying their hardest to manage it. Could not fault them in the slightest.

Was little sceptical at the start with the first person dealing with our application, long delays in replies to emails etc, but after Shea took over everything was beyond my expectations his level of professionalism is second to none, was constantly on the ball with updates etc and everything couldn’t have happened any smoother, first application took 3 months and 1 week to be let down, Shea took over and within 2 weeks we have are application done and approved 👏🏻👏🏻

Initially started my first mortgage application in 2020 during covid(imagine the stress) until I found propertypal mortgages. The girls were fantastic in their advice and recommendations and made the whole process so simple! So we bought our first home,got married,life was blissThen this year the cost of living crisis hit,and out of nowhere propertypal mortgages call me up to review my mortgage as I'm coming off a fixed term and do their magic again,getting me a great deal fixed in again for piece of mind,and thankgod because fast forward 3 months and interest rates are going through the roof!
