Connells very poor response, no ownership from agents to attend to tenants issues, takes months to fix heating issues at the property.i have never had such a bad experience with any other agencies before.

Ridiculous fees for a first time move. Payed nearly £500 for no help whatsoever. Started paying rent before we were allowed to move in. Wish we went elsewhere. Staff seem uninterested to help.

They refused to let an apartment (In 2 DOUBLE bedroom flat!). Reason: I have 2 children. The ad should indicate: no pets, no CHILDREN ..
