TrustpilotDo not buy from Hopkins
Do not buy from Hopkins without thoroughly checking what you are buying. You may be buying into a contract where you can be overly charged by multiple management companies for any amount asked for any amount of work (if any) in return.

A decent homebuilder, happy enough with the house but silly mistakes and poor quality control let it down. Also worth a mention is the (lack of) grounds aftercare - grass hasn't been cut, ever.
