GoogleReally happy with our buying experience with Tersons. Our estate agent was Hayley and she was great from start to finish! She efficiently chased the seller/sellers solicitors when we needed her to and always got back to us quickly via email or call. The sale took longer than expected but that was no fault of Tersons, overall the whole experience was easy so we are very happy and we finally own our first home!

GoogleThis business is poorly run & in my opinion it is unprofessional even to the degree that when it has committed any wrong doing & swift action is required they tend to ignore its importance. I have experienced times where a response to a query has taken over a week to get resolved. If conducting business with this firm you might easily run the risk of having to unravel any mess it may cause , which indeed I myself have experienced with Tersons Dover office.NegativeQuality

GoogleWorst experience ever. If you can avoid, do. Once rung up to say my hot waters not working and was told I should shower round a mates house. Was also let into the neighbours flat by maintenance man Jim without neighbours permission. Very awkward. Unprofessional, rude and lazy. Tersons will do the bare minimum for as long as they can.

GoogleRude, unprofessional and racist. Was once told by Lisa the nieghbours had rats because 'you know what foreigners are like' Jim, the maintenance man, once let me into another tenants flat without their permission to show me a leak. I once rang to report my hot water not working. One of the ladies working there, lisa, suggested I showered round a friends house. Honestly would rather be homeless than deal with Tersons ever again.

GoogleI recently brought a property from Tearsons Estate agents and spoke to a lovely lady with great outstanding customer service called Hayley she helped me from the beginning to the end every time I emailed her I would get a quick response she has also gone out of her way to help me.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Will happily take your money but trying to get them to do any actual work is impossible. Multiple phone calls and emails and a year later still nothing has been done. Absolute joke.
