Very professional throughout, nothing was too much trouble. I was nervous to sell but they put me at ease and were very on the ball with viewings. I sold quite quickly with a good offer. They always kept to their word and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Their care through a tricky exchange was second to none. They genuinely care about their vendors and buyers, which is a rare thing. Thank you to Stacey, Eamon, Mason and Jake.

GoogleHighly recommend Burnap and Abel in Dover. I sold my house this year with them and as I purchased a new build, the sale was far from straightforward; there were lots of twists and turns along the way! However, with the support, ongoing communication and personal service from Stacie, Eamonn and the team, I felt more at ease. I also felt more comfortable selling my house through a smaller estate agents rather than a larger, corporate chain. Thank you B&A Dover!

From the initial meeting, to the valuation and photos, to the actual selling; it was flawless. They were always available on the phone with any questions, and was really informative and polite. GoogleTop quality service from start to finish. From the moment Eamonn came round and valued my property the service I received was excellent. He was detailed and honest in his valuation. His professionalism is what pushed me to choose Burnapp + Abel. The house was quickly on the market and I had a very steady stream of viewings. My house sold quickly and for a price I was happy with. When Charlotte took over her communication was second to none. She kept me updated at ever turn. Anytime I had a question she quickly found out the answers for me the same day. To me when selling a house communication is key and Charlotte is the best. She made a stressful time that little less stressful. It was a race against time to exchange so we benefited from the stamp duty holiday. Charlotte was brilliant and massively helped to get us exchanged in time. We had a difficuilt situation at one point and Eamonn was brilliant and sorted it for us straight away. The team they have been great and really easy to talk too.PositiveQuality

GoogleWe would not reccommend Burnap and Abel in Dover. Booking viewings was straightforward and quick but when we decided to make an offer for one of their properties we were pressurised into speaking to their mortgage advisor. The mortgage advisor was not knowledgable and he insisted that in order to make an offer for a house we needed to have an appointment with him, disclose our financial information and receive his advice. He also insisted that we need a full mortgage offer from the bank and that an agreement in principle was not sufficient, which is, of course, incorrect. The bank confirmed that this was not possible and that they can only provide an agreement in principle in the initial stages of putting in an offer. Only once an offer has been agreed can buyers begin a formal mortgage application which takes around 2 weeks to get processed. Customers are free to make their own decisions regarding whether they want to use the estate agents' mortgage advisors and aggressive marketing techniques such as these give estate agents a bad name. In the end, we bought a house through another local estate agent who were kind, honest and professional.

GoogleI’ve today moved into my new house and this would not have been possible had I have not chosen Burnap & Abel! We’d never moved before so this was new to us and after seeing lots of neighbours sell with Burnaps, we got in contact with them and we were not disappointed. We didn’t feel pressured in anyway and Eamonn even remembered our other family members who he’d helped sell and move also so we knew we’d be taken care off. Sharon and Daniel supported with our viewings and again we were so happy with their service and their positivity in holding out for the right buyer which is exactly what happened :-) Charlotte really was phenomenal! She kept us updated constantly and kept the conversations open with the solicitor and other agents in the chain. She empathised with us in the stressed moments and did so much chasing for us that had it have not been for her we never would’ve actually moved today! WOW! Amazing work guys and thankyou so much for helping us make this life changing move as seamless as possible! We would 💯 recommend Burnaps in Dover 5⭐️ Xxx

GoogleI cannot recommend Burnap and Abel team in Dover enough after selling our property recently. Eamonn, Daniel and Sharon were all really enthusiastic about our property when showing potential buyers and also obtained feedback from each person viewing. Charlotte was fantastic during the stressful sales process with chasing up the chain and solicitors and helping to keep things on track as much as possible. We wouldn't be in our new house without the help of the team here, and I extend a big thank you to all of them!

GoogleI highly recommend Burnap & Abel due to their exceptional service in helping us buy our first property. The experience we had with them was worlds apart from our previous experience with another local estate agent, who relied on slimy sales tactics and pressured us into using their expensive solicitor (be vigilant when buying your first house!). Stacie, Lily & Eammon at Burnap & Abel were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were friendly, approachable, and truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. We visited the property multiple times throughout the process, and every time, the team was punctual and accommodating, nothing was ever too much trouble. Their professionalism and genuine care for us as first-time buyers really stood out. If you’re looking for an estate agent who will put your needs first, Burnap & Abel is the way to go. From getting Eamon round to value the property and put it on the market, they made the whole process so easy and were always on hand to answer any questions. Charlotte went above and beyond for us and got us through a sticky situation. She was always friendly and always there even calling us in the evening after being at work all day. We will never use another agents they rock!

There were a few bumps in the road which were out of anybody's control but regardless, Charlotte from the Dover branch kept us up to date and would even contact us with no news, just to reassure us that she is 'on it'. She has gone above and beyond, and has been really approachable which is helpful in what can be a stressful process at times! Really friendly bunch of people who want to get the job done and done right. Also had dealings with Daryl from the Folkestone branch who was equally as friendly and helpful. It was a really tough sale with lots of complications, but the team remained relentlessly positive. I cannot fault the level of communication I received, I was kept in the loop at every hurdle. GooglePurchased a property through Burnaps and we were happy with their help etc. Even got a nice bottle of fizz and some chocolates as a present which was a nice touch, unlike the other big popular highstreet estate agent that we sold with who were extremely hard to deal with and gave up once they secured our custom. Going forwards I would choose Burnaps over the other agent we used!
