Googlewas unhappy with the letting agent that was dealing with my small portfolio of buy to let properties. Repairs were not being done so the tenants ended up refusing to pay the rent. Every time I contacted their office to discuss, I seemed to speak to a different person who had little or no knowledge of the situation and sometimes I got the impression I knew more about lettings than they did. I sorted out the problems myself and considered self-managing but discovered that can be a bureaucratic nightmare. A friend recommended Quinn & Co, who they have dealt with for years, and after being with them for just 3 months I have to say the service is better than I expected. The staff all seem experienced and are very knowledgeable and it’s a good feeling of confidence that my properties are in good hands. Its early days but so far I am impressed with Quinn & Co.

If there is more than 5 stars, I would rate them 100000 stars.
I was a tenant in the UK for 7 years, but Quinn & Co was the best agency I have ever used.
They are very polite, honest, fair and caring for the tenants.
They surprised me at every stage of my tenancy from the start to the end.
I would strongly recommend them for any one.
Martin is a real gentleman.
A few examples of how they were so good:
A boiler was broken: they fixed it within 48 hours
Floor had some gaps in the kitchen: they fixed it within 5 days
The deposit has been returned to me with very minor deductions.

My time staying at the company’s managed property has been great. They are responsive in getting issues resolved. They make sure the property are very well looked after with flats that have cleaning service included. Most of the commitment of the staffs and in particular Nino is extraordinary, taking queries until 9-10pm and put effort in addressing them the very next day.
Would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone who wants to put their living worries away while living in Bournemouth!

GoogleI have to say the whole experience dealing with Quinn & Co was a disgrace, the flat we rented was riddled with damp and mould, the carpets were filthy the shower was broken and not fixed for 6 weeks, the owner Martin Quinn is full of false promises and certainly full of lies, only interested in taking your money, when you complain he lets himself into your flat whenever he wants to, gets a kick out of threatening young women, avoid this agency and save yourself a lot of hassle, better more professional agency's around, please don't make the mistake we did.
Your reply is bull, you entered the flat unannounced on several occasions which is against the law, you would not even know what mould is, you can't even spell it.

Dear Mr Kemp, We never dealt with you, we let a flat to your daughter who was a student at Bournemouth Uni. Your daughter caused chronic mold problems in the flat because she rarely put on the heating and never opened the windows to ventilate. We obtained TWO independent reports by specialist companies and both cited your daughters lifestyle as the cause of problem. There were no other factors causing this. She refused to accept this so you advised her not to pay the rent. Despite numerous phone calls made to her and letters asking for the unpaid rent she left owing the last months rent. No one ever entered the flat whist you daughter lived there.

GoogleUsed this company a long while ago. Never again! My friend was looking to rent his property through them recently, i warned him not to which prompted this review now. Used quinn & co to manage my property. Gave notice to quinn & co to give notice to my tenants as i needed to move back into my home. Day i was due to move back in i was informed by quinn & co that they'd forgot to give them notice!!! This resulted in a huge amount of inconvenience stress and expense to ourselves. Avoid!!!

He acts all friendly. but does as little as possible to resolve an issue if he even bothers too at all. If you discuss Anything with him which he claims he will deal with GET IT IN WRITING. NEVER TAKE HIM AT HIS WORD.

Dear Maximus, You sub let a property we let to you, without our knowledge or permission, to people who then damaged the property. When they moved out, the property required major work at substantial cost to make it rentable again. Do you not accept responsibility for this - as it was "your" tenants that caused the damage? And you won't be using this company again as we would never deal with you as you lie and are deceitful and refuse to accept the consequences of your action and rather than deal with the problems you helped cause, in a mature and business like manner, you post a review about us which attempts to distort the facts.
