What can I say

What can I say, unresponsive, lying, absence of communication, forgetful, unreliable. We viewed a place, loved it, wanted to apply but due to us asking about the lack of blinds/curtains in the property, the agent wanted to get all the info from the landlord asap. We chased him for 2 days and heard nothing, only to see the place was then let agreed. Need I say that we were promised it was first come first serve, and nobody had applied yet. USELESS.

I have always found OnTheMarket fair to deal with. I had a grumble and Gemma resolved matters quickly and professsionally. Which is the complete opposite of that other property portal. Right moving along they offer atrocious service and treat their customers like dirt.

AVOID USING ONTHEMARKET

I have been using other portals for a while and thought give onthemarket a chance and my experience been horrible. What they promised did not deliver, they will ignore and ignore you and only chase you for payments. Signed a 6 month contract but they forced a 3 month notice period. On a such short contract how can you put such conditions. Their portal does not work, the representative literally pestered me to sign the contract and then disappeared, after having many conversations with issues to be fixed nothing was done and now I am left with a huge bill.I would give them 0 star if possible! Avoid at all cost

BE VERY CAREFUL USING ON THE MARKET - They are Hosting Fraudsters with No Vetting of advertisements.My partner and I have recently fallen victims to fraud via a post through On The Market. The fraudsters have advertised AirBnB Properties which they rent out to get the keys, show you around, and then take your money and leave.We contacted on the market to have this one that defrauded us taken down. They complied after a day but said for anything else it's up to US to go contact their complaints department.Within a day we have seen another pop up under a different name doing the exact same thing.Clearly no review or vetting of the agent has been done. They clearly don't care who is advertising on their site as long as they get money.

Being first time buyers we were very naïve to the process, but thankfully everyone at Paul Watts were both very patient and supportive to help us through what would normally be a very stressful life milestone ! Both Karen and Margaret had excellent communication skills keeping us updated along the way via emails and phone calls, they went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was a smooth transaction and even gave us a lovely bottle of bubbly to enjoy when we collected the keys. This happened a few years ago. I enter my search criteria re a flat search repeatedly, and every day for maybe 3 weeks, I receive a huge number of emails for flats at a higher price. Am I doing something wrong. I seek a reply from On The Market?

On Android I can no longer put filters for parking and garden, it's impossible to expand a floor plan, prices are not in sequence but mixed. The site is appalling - and run by estate agents!!!!

I travelled 40 minutes for them not even to wait 5

I made an appointment with “Let Safe” to view a property the same day, I was running late as I was travelling via public transport and rang them up to let them know. I was 5 minutes late to the viewing and nobody was there. I knocked and rang the office only for them to inform me she had moved to her next appointment. I had travelled 40 minutes to this viewing, for them to not even wait 5 minutes even though I gave them notice I was late. If this is indicative of how they treat their tenants do not use them. In future if your agents are going to leave the property you should let the person know who is coming to view it or just wait longer than 5 minutes or just don’t book back to back appointments for your agents.

Must I give them a star horrible so called management they do nothing the outside of the buildings look horrible paints peeling around the trim doors don't close right door knobs are loose key cylinders are falling out of door knob they can care less about the bylaws and contract don't bother complaining about anything illegal people excessive noise as soon as you get off the phone with them your conversation is history they won't do a damn thing I've been calling up since December about someone that's illegally staying in one of the units illegally causing a disturbance they haven't done anything it's a waste of time calling them but your wallet is on the mark every month for them to collect money I said enough I could write a book

Great portal and more user friendly than the other two imho. We get just as many leads from it as we used to from the other portals too. Good customer service. Just wish they’d advertise loads more so we get more leads from sales. Lettings is excellent.

Company supply ads that do not comply…

Company supply ads that do not comply with regulatory standards. The feedback button is positioned to be barely on screen and vanishes when the banner pops out, which it does every few seconds unprompted (presumably to avoid reports and drive false site traffic). If they can't even manage a banner ad without breaching industry standards, they should not be trusted with anything remotely sensitive or complex.

Time wasters

Time wasters. Called and the guy was talking from his bed probably on a toilet or brushing his teeth. Uninterested telling me he will get back, I knew by how he was talking that he will not. Today I called and was told the listing is unavailable but they can't remove it from their website due to a "technical issue". A bunch of time wasters.Avoid
