We chose MUVA to sell our house in Ferndown over 3 other estate agents as from our very first meeting we felt we were in good hands. Morgan was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, always available when we needed him and Neil also. A great team. We took Morgan’s insightful advice on market conditions, trusted his valuation and on our first set of viewings we were offered full asking price. He also recommended a very good local solicitor - Genesis Legal to speed through the sale. The whole process from start to finish took just over 4 weeks. We are over the moon as his strategy has allowed us to realise our dream of buying a house by the sea to retire to! Thanks for everything MUVA. Highly recommend!!!

Bought a house through MUVA 6 months ago and we were so pleased with the service we received. Stay Clear of doing business with these conmen.

The terrible service from this estate agent started before we even found the house we put an offer on. They didn’t respond to our initial email enquiries and then when we finally got someone to answer the phone. We were dismissed out of hand as we hadn’t sold our property. Everytime I emailed after that I still didn’t get the courtesy of having a response. Until I mentioned that we had sold our property. Then it was totally different. We were able to view the property we wanted by the next day!!!!! We put in an offer that was accepted. We did the survey and searches. They had come back and we were a couple of weeks away from exchanging contracts. Then out of the blue Neil from Muva phoned to stay the vendor couldn’t find another house with the money we were paying and that he had advised her that the property market had gone up and she could get more money than we had offered. So she asked for a further £22,000. Obviously we said no and thankfully found the house we have since moved into. However how is it that a so called professional can be so downright deceitful and greedy and still be in business? My advice find another estate agent. Neil does not give a damn about you or what you want. It’s all about money for him, nothing more. This kind of behaviour should be illegal, because it’s definitely immoral and downright dirty behaviour.

We chose MUVA from the 4 estate agents that viewed our home to put it on the market as they spent the time telling us how they were going to sell the property rather than talking about their company. The estimate was accurate, the publicity impressive and their approach friendly but highly professional. The guidance offered helped us achieve a very good price in a very difficult market and the Neil and Morgan double act kept us well informed at all stages. If I was selling in the Ferndown area I would choose them over the more well known companies who appeared more aggressive and, in my opinion, with a tendency to over price to attract custom.
