This is a complaint with a solid foundation. My partner and I wasted over a week negotiating to rent a property and the Associate Director with whom we were dealing with, never once returned our calls or called back when he said he would.We spent over 6 hours travelling to and from where we live to do viewings and on the final viewing we even took my step - daughter and step son to show them this is where we are going to live!The Associate Director told us on our final call with him he would call us back by the end of the day (Friday 10thFebruary or Monday morning 13th Feb) When we didn't hear from him, my partner called the office and was told, he is out of the office for a week on holiday! So he had no intention of calling back, this is so unporfessional and for this reason it is indivduals like this, that get estate agents a bad name!

Very poor communication & of-the-scale valuations, their aggressive approach sticks out like a sore thumb. Use them at your peril but if you’re selling it means you will be on the market for a long long time.

Be careful when engaging WA14 office. Seriously let down by the dog eat dog way of operating so went with competitors who are strait talkers and provide fair advice.

If it were possible to rate the Teddington office with a minus 1, then this is what we would give. What started with an excellent user experience and pleasant staff, ended up with us being double crossed after paying a deposit and us losing the property that we were promised.Would not place any trust in this organisation. Pleasant staff but c**p and old fashioned management.
