GoogleWe are renting a flat through Costello and we are very pleased with the way it's been managed. Recently our boiler broke down and in matter of hours they have sent an engineer to sort the problem. Children came back to school to a warm house. Very very pleased with Sergio and the team. GoogleDo NOT use this business! They are fraudulent - destroyed my property - stole all my post, presented false invoices and gave my property keys to a strangers! All contracted maintenance staff only had poor reports about Costello's Any request for information in regards to any of the above was met with silence. Use at your own risk!

GoogleAVOID. Dreadful letting agents. Rented a house to my son. However they did not update the electric certificate which resulted in a fire in the middle of the night. Reason being a piece of wire not a fuse wire was in the fuse box which resulted that when an old fan heater overheated it caused the fire He was in the bedroom above and being woken by a noise came down to investigate and saw smoke coming under the door. Upon opening it he was face with a wall of flames. He rushed and used three bowls of water after which he decided if the fourth one didn’t put it out he would call fire brigade. Luckily it was put out. Costello sent their electrician the next day. He isolated any wiring. He said that it was very dangerous and if my son hadn’t woken the fire would have spread and my son could have died. Costello said there was no fire but it was smoke damage. Obviously there is no smoke without fire. He took the case to the Ombudsman giving them photos and full details and over a year later they awarded him a small compensation amount which he could only surmise was because of the agent played down the claim. Would never recommend them so AVOID AVOID and take time to read other smiler reviews

GoogleAVOID!! uses discriminatory practices especially towards disabled people, they blame it on rightmove but after calling around other estate agents they confirmed that it was indeed discriminatory behaviour. Use them at your own risk…

GoogleIf I could give this agency 0 stars I would, tenants stay clear! They have treated us terribly and kept a big chunk of our deposit. They tried blaming us for damage and were unbelievably rude to us. They even got annoyed when we went in to ask what was happening to our deposit. Luckily we had pictures to prove that the damage we were being blamed for was there before we moved in, but obviously didn't think to take pictures of every single rusty nail that was there before we moved in. Worst letting agency we have ever dealt with, they say they are there to help both tenants and landlords but they are only there to help themselves and don't care one bit about their customers.

GoogleDreadful. Made a viewing appointment, agent arrived with another interested party, completely oblivious to us and unapologetic. Had no record of appointment. Agent didn't seem interested in renting the property or finding a property to suit us. Avoid.

GoogleBooked a video viewing, which was going to be emailed to me and surprise surprise, it never came the email and next day property let with no courtesy call to say so. I wouldn't recommend this Agent not a good start and feels me with zero confidence.
It is regrettable you feel this way... following a block of in-person viewings, this property was snapped up. Available rental property stock is low and demand is at an all time high, so this is no surprise. We did email you to inform you the property was now let.
