Excellent service, second to none!

I listed my house with an agent and quickly regretted it! I called DM& Co who expertly took over, everything was arranged very quickly and efficiently.The viewings were well managed and resulted in an excellent offer being made and accepted.I had to leave the uk for Australia, and left my property in their very capable hands, a bit nerve wracking for me as we hadn’t exchanged, but It was expertly managed for me, communication was excellent, and I was reassured if I ever felt concerned. The lawyer they recommended Elaine Townsend at Eric Bowes was excellent, All in all my experience was first class.Special Thanks to Ann Wood and Victoria Stuart (Solihull) for all their care and attention and helping me keep my faith in my property, they were ALWAYS positive, returned calls promptly if not available and were always kind and courteous.The quality of photos and online details were also superb, the photographer was excellent.

We were delighted with the professional service received from the team at DM & Co, Cranmore. Peter has a wealth of experience, he gave us impartial, realistic and up to date advice in advance of putting our property on the market. Excellent Service from DM & Co.

DM & Co is a very pleasant company to deal with. Ann Wood, in particular, made the whole process of selling our house as smooth and as seamless as possible. From the first viewing to the date of completion took 12 weeks. Once the offer was accepted, it took 8 weeks to complete the sale which I think is impressive in the current climate. Ann is a good communicator and has a warm personality. She was always available to answer any queries. Peter and Victoria were helpful too. Thank DM & Co for helping us to sell our house. We can’t speak highly enough of the fantastic service we got from the Sales team, in particular Kathy and Lisa. They explained and advised us on the optimum way of securing a great sale price and kept us fully informed along the way. We secured a sale very quickly at a price we were very happy with. When we moved on to ‘the Sales Progression’ team we did experience some poor communication issues but after registering our concern this was rectified.
