My experience with DM&Co has been amazing, I have been looked after by Victoria and Julie who have been extremely helpful and have always made time to answer/find out any answers to questions I’ve had. I’m the first time buyer so I have needed a lot of advice and help, both Julie And Victoria have been amazing, and it’s really easy to get in touch with the whole team at DM&Co.I’d recommend highly! I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for the phenomenal communication at DM&Co that I would’ve pulled out of my first home as my solicitors were so unhelpful.

We sold our home with DM&Co Solihull and purchased our next home through DM&Co Dorridge. Staff across both offices were brilliant, very easy to contact and kept pushing to get our moved sorted despite two buyers pulling out and poor solicitors elsewhere in the chain.I would recommend them to anyone in the local area.

Great experience dealing with the agents from DM and Co. Part of the reason for initial enquiry was due to their reputation in the area and also award winning which made me think they might have that large company, non personal feel but I can say it was the opposite and the team were very professional with lots of knowledge but still provided a personal touch that gave me confidence to give them the property to market and the whole process has been great from start to finish.

The DM team were proffessional and open throughout the process, supporting when required and offering wise advice. I have just use DM & Co's services to let a refurbished buy to let properly. It went on the market at 10am last Wednesday and a deposit was left by our new tenant by 4 pm same day. My dealings with Gabrielle, Chiara and Dominic have always been positive and Proffesional and if you are looking to rent or sell your house I would totally recommend using this companies services. 5 stars well deserved.

As first time buyers my partner and I were a bit unsure however Debbie, Ann and Tom made the whole process of purchasing a property so much better. They gave loads of advise and support throughout the process especially when a few rough patches were hit. I have bought and sold through DM on a property and would recommend their services without question. Despite a collapse in a chain through no fault of DM tjhey were v supportive and proactive on achieving a sale quickly again with great after sales support.
