7th of April I was supposed to move into a rental property had been vacated at the end of May,I had a viewing around beginning of may and pointed out things that would need doing before I would move in. Ended up moving in on the 14th as no work had been done, even supplied and paid for to carpets to be replaced, had builders out as shower cubicle is beyond repair, the wall to the garage is free standing and could quite easily be pushed over and only one of eight radiators and three towel rails gets fairly warm. I have now been waiting a week for something to be done and nothing. When I said if nothing is done by today 26/4/21 they can have the place back on the 14/4/21 I was told I have signed a contract. We will see about that, Tim James and Karen in the Lettings can only do so much but the property management department are a useless and not very funny joke.

Incapable of booking appointments at the correct time - I had to book half a day off work to hand the keys over to cleaners, and they booked completely the wrong date so I had to book the rest of the day off at short notice. They were wholly unapologetic and refused to do anything to put the situation right. As a whole they were unresponsive during the tenancy, which resulted in minor problems escalating until they caused damage to the property. Avoid.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

general speaking it is said they provide friendlly service but there are some rumours about a local landlord who played a terrible trick on a lovely family last year. I am not saying Leaders was at fault or negligent .... but please be careful with Mr. & Mrs. Smith when you rent their property at Station Terrace in Dorking. A piece of advice, though. We will need to let a house next year there and someone has talked me that......

We have let our property through Leaders for the last 4 years. We have been extremely pleased with the level of personal service that we receive. Any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. We are kept up to date with the tenancy arrangements and we are always consulted whenever there has been communication between the tenant and the agent. We would gladly recommend this agent to any perspective landlord, and if you have never been a landlord before you will be very well looked after and advised by Leaders.

We came to do some paperwork before moving in- We asked if we can go in for the second time and measure if our wardrobe will fit in- Tim- without any hesitation took the key and let us in (as previous tenants already left).
