GoogleAs a tenant, you don't get to choose which Real Estate agent you deal with, but we are very lucky that Leaders in Dorking were the letting agents for the rental property we moved into. Tim and the entire team are very lovely to deal with as well as being responsive and professional. I'm not exaggerating when I say we must have dealt with almost every agent in the Surrey and Sussex area during our six month rental search and none were ever as friendly, competent and most importantly, honest as Leaders Dorking. I certainly got the feeling that being good to both the landlord and the tenant was a priority. We received a very warm welcome on move in day (thank you!) and the entire process from A to Z was a breeze. If I were ever to need an agent in the future, I would have great confidence that my business would be in very good hands with the Leaders Dorking team. GoogleI can't fault the service leaders have provided me form the point of having my offer accepted the tenant their have been fantastic Tim and James guiding me through and since I've lived there Joanne has been a amazing property manager keeping me informed helping with all issues. I can say because of this I plan to stay where I am for a long time.

GoogleUsed Leaders to manage a property on my behalf and could not have been more disappointed by the 'service'. Would give a lower rating if available. Shockingly bad communication, including misleading information that led to delays in repairs to my property and other issues. Unhelpful and incompetent staff, would never recommend to anyone!

When I had even the smallest issue they were prompt to reply and always got me sorted out in good time. During the stressful periods of moving in and out two years later they were helpful and understanding and made everything go much smoother.
