We had a problem with lack of heating shortly after we started renting through Hamptons. Rebecca in the Cirencester office was really helpful: she called first thing and made arrangements for it to be sorted out straightaway, and the problem was fixed within a few hours. Our purchaser's buyer was most dilatory and inexperienced, but as a consequence of Hamptons and particularly their manager Scott Ford's expertise they were able to assist this other party to a successful completion.
