GoogleWe recently completed on our sale and purchase. Hamptons, and Annie in particular, were integral to the process and they were exceptional at keeping everyone in the chain organised and up to date. We used Purple Bricks for our sale but I can definitely see the value of using a traditional estate agent in getting the best price and then getting the whole process across the line. I would definitely recommend them if you're thinking of moving house in the Dorking area. Thanks

My thanks go to Hamptons Esher branch. From the valuation meeting to the exchange of contracts was handled professionally by the whole team. Plenty of warning was given before viewings and feedback was always given each time. Help and advice was a quick phone call away and my thanks especially go to Paul in this area, even after he moved on to another branch.

Hamptons Sevenoaks Greeted with great enthusiasm and absolute guarantee off a corporate company letting, loads off clients on their books, property would rent easily, well that’s great news was impressed, which is exactly why I placed my property with them. However after I signed on the dotted line that all changed. They basically put it in Rightmove and that was it, We had to do our own checks as to affordability and truthful disclosure. They where confrontational when given the facts, they even left my property unlocked after a viewing! The list goes on but .....fortunately signed a four week contract and by the first week gave my two weeks notice. I do not in any area recommend Hamptons. Wasted my time and energy.

The team at Hamptons have been fantastic in helping to secure new tenants during a particularly challenging time. They were always charming, professional and efficient, their response was rapid, and their attention to detail first class. Sophie Winterson proved herself to be both pro-active and resilient, despite the unique difficulties provided Covid-19, particularly with regards to viewings. Unfortunately, due to no fault of the agents, the first deal did not proceed, but Sophie responded as soon as was practically possible and soon found us a suitable replacement. The service was above and beyond what was expected, from the most minute detail to more significant concerns. Robert Baird also demonstrated a reassuring and pragmatic approach to make sure the property was handed over successfully. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Won’t name the individuals but the property management team were truly awful. Not worth my time going into detail but would just avoid Hamptons at all costs.

Tried to sell my property with them, left my phone number and email address, Got never contacted, but keep getting advertisement emails from them. If you don’t have a high end property to sell, don’t bother, they won’t get back to you (thumbs down)

Have water issues and nobody can help me at Hamptons over the weekend. Will have to go without water now over the weekend. This is not the first time Hamptons we’re absolutely useless at doing their job!!!
