Comprehensive and proactive support to ensure flat could be re-let rapidly and seamlessly after sudden tenant departure. Marketing, tenant selection/vetting, flat inventory, cleaning, safety and all legal aspects covered for new contract and referencing of new tenants all carried out in a few weeks. Would have taken me months!

We had a challenging period for completing the rental of our flat after few years of ill maintainance of another estate agent. Cubitt & West agent was refreshingly helpful and positive throughout all the difficulties that arose during the checks. He was versatile in times that any other would have given up. I used cubitt and west initially as they were the only estate agents i phoned who actually answered the phone and Madison in the waterlooville office was very helpful and guided me through the process as i hadn't had to sell a house for over 30 years. The sale went through quickly and the online portal was a really useful tool to see what comments were being made.

I currently have my house on the market eith the Cranleigh branch of Cubitt and West, and would like to recommend them to anyone who is considering selling. From my first contact with Ross the manager who was informative, helpful and friendly, through to Kate, who has been absolutely brilliant in showing people round, keeping me well informed as to what is happening with the process, telling me about any feed back from the viewings and above all keeping me up to date with everything. They are both a credit to the company and with people like Kate 'on the Job' I feel confident that we will sell very soon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Cranleigh branck and Kate in particular.
