DO NOT GET A HOME WITH PLACES FOR PEOPLE, THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS.MY PLACE MANAGER LIED ABOUT ME GIVING MY 4 WEEK NOTICE FOR LEAVING AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY £580 IN RENT DEBT.STEER VERY CLEAR, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP AND EXPLOIT YOUR DESPERATION.

Most rubbish housings association ever we have safety issue where we live they don't care for your safety they ignoring emails and phone calls and so any one choosing permanent accommodation please avoid this company because they are rubbish and rubbish and rubbish

Terrible. 24 hours to fix heating for an OAP in late December. No apology, no refund, just give them your money and be happy with it.An extremely bad service from a so-called caring company who seem to be doing their best to become a government sanctioned slum landlord.

Bad customer service, failed appointments, missed appointments. This housing association should be investigated by the government if the local councils acted this way they would be penalised. This company gets away with treating their tenants badly from the looks of it the other reviews speak for themselves.

Emailed and told them i have no water coming out of the hot tap in the kitchen and my boiler making a loud weired banging noise every so often..i got a reply saying its not an emergency so cant come out..pfp 😡
