I recently completed the purchase of a repossession property in Bentley Doncaster. To be honest it was quite a stressful experience, having never done this type of purchase before. Thankfully this experience was made a lot more pleasurable by the lady dealing with our purchase. Her name was Ellie, and we found her to be calming, as we needed it!!! professional, and extremely helpful. After the initial scares the property went through without a hitch. I have dealt with the Your Move Doncaster branch since 2013, and I have always had a great experience. Most of this time was to let out my property in Doncaster - the service received from Emma, Liz and the lettings team was always professional and on the rare occasions a tenant left they always had a new tenant ready to move in straight away. More recently my experience has been around selling the same property, again the service from Katie, Holly and the sales team has also been fantastic. It was quite a slow sale but they were always on hand to chase things up and answer any questions. Basically, I would 100% recommend the Your Move Doncaster branch!

YM became our agents for our property when we emigrated in 2013. Our experience started out great and the member of staff who arranged our tenancy was friendly, professional & thorough. Our house was fully renovated prior to renting as we weren’t expecting to move. Our first tenants, who YM assured us had references, left it in a terrible state. We stipulated none smoking tenants and when we came to visit 2 years into the tenancy, the property was wrecked. The kitchen ceiling was yellow with smoke stains & the tenant had tried to paint over it, the house smelt of smoke, there was damage to the woodwork by the dog, the spare bedroom mattress was ruined by a child’s urine, there were child’s drawings on the bedroom wall & the list goes on. The property was supposed to be inspected by YM staff every 3 months so why wasn’t all the damage and uncleanliness picked up during inspections. The tenants did a moon light flit leaving rent owed. The second tenants refused to pay their rent on time, removed the bed from the spare room and painted a wall without consent. We were really upset, disappointed and let down by YM in how they managed our property.

Dealing with Louis and the team at Your Move Doncaster has been fantastic. We previously had our house on the market with Strike and the interest was poor, there wasn't any customer service and we were left to our own devices. We reached out to Louis at Your Move and the whole process from communication, response times, photographer, getting viewings, enthusiasm, professionalism, desire to sell our house and overall quality has been second to none. After a number of viewings in a short period of time since our house went on the market with Your Move, we have now accepted an offer and the sale is being processed and underway. We can't recommend Louis and Your Move enough!
