I am writing this review to thank Lynelle Brook and Elizabeth Elstub, the staff in Your Move Hall Gate, Doncaster branch. Both of them has been very helpful to me during my difficult time when renting out my property including the cleaning, renovation and the highlights reported by the tenants. I am very grateful for their fast response to my concerns on each issue as I am a far distance landlord. They have done more than their job scope. Thank you so much for their extended help. This was my first time renting out a property and from the first meeting I had a very good experience with Your Move, the service was excellent from all the staff, especially Lynelle, I had a bit of a nightmare with time wasters so took longer then I expected to rent out but this was no fault of the team and they kept me fully informed of what was going on. I would highly recommend.

Your-Move Doncaster have been fantastic with a recent sale. From start to completion, they have been 5 stars. From my first enquiry phone call to getting it live on the website and Rightmove. We had 3 viewings first weekend and 2 offers. Iv been with them for many years and never had reason to shop around because I get good service. Emma has been my main contact over the years and more recently it has been Sophie. They have provided competency of knowledge and service continuously and are very approachable with staff that listen. I would highly recommend working with these individuals as they are a credit to their business. I've recently joined your move with the renting and management of my property, for the first few months I was disappointed with the amount of support shown and I voiced my issues. Staff member Lynelle took my account on board and since then I have received weekly updates around my tenant,rent protection and general up keep of my property. I have had complications with my tenant not paying rent and for the last month Lynelle has been a fantastic support , leasing with the tenants family,the accounts team and myself. Lynelle has now booked me new viewings litterly 3 days after the eviction of my previous tenant. Lynelle has been a stand out staff member and continues to support me .

My brother and I sold the house which had formerly been our parents and of course previously our family home for many years. The valuation stage with Jamie was very professional and organised and was the main reason why I chose Your Move (another agent turned up almost an hour late and without proper sales Info etc. I dealt mainly with Gareth as sales negotiator. I have given a 4 star review, which would have been a 5, but for the offer stage. We accepted an offer, but the next day I was then advised maybe not to accept because the purchasers mortgage agreed in principle was from before the March lockdown & i was told that most lenders were no longer offering 95% mortgages. We were then left with the choice of we can no longer market the property if you accept the offer and not much support other than to wait for weeks and weeks to see if the buyer got their mortgage. It turned out ok in the end but I felt there should have been more help at this stage as your move are acting for the vendor, but I was advised “we have to stay neutral”, etc etc Having said all of this I appreciate that the circumstances of lockdown etc etc were trying times not of anyone’s making

Once a seller was found Gareth kept me informed of what was going on each step of the way . He was patient when I asked numerous questions and was always very quick to respond.
