Don’t bother, looked at a house that turned out to be rubbish anyway and they won’t leave you alone after getting details to see if they can sell you something or sell your property even if your not interested. They will call every week to annoy the hell out of you. Even kept calling when I was arranging my dad’s funeral!

Stevenage branch is a waste of time recently a neighbour sold up and moved the new owners have decided to rent the property out for two years.Problems started to arise about a month after tenant moved in bins not put out prefers to hire a skip ( what do you pay council tax for) takeaways being delivered at 2am bright lights in my bedroom windows I don't mind people having a takeaway but show a little thought for others.Recently loud voices at four am then people coming to stay playing loud music very early in the morning ( two am)Being a shared drive parking in a manner that makes it difficult to use drive.Guttering falling down Stevenage branch notified months ago still nothing done in regards to this and other complaints now other neighbours have had enough and are complaining things like parking on the front lawn which now resbles a badly ploughed field.Landlord just as bad comments oh the tenants got issues it's upto them if they put the bins out (so rats are not a serious issue) loud music from car radios at two am is classed as anti social behaviour as stated if they want to eat takeaways about eight times a day that's fine but have some thought for the neighbours when ordering early in the morning this used to be the best area in the town with a five star rating now people feel their being pushed out by vermin.

I feel that I have to write a review. I was asked to provide proof of ownership from the Land Registry before they put us on the market? I’ve never experienced having to do this with any other Estate Agent before? Felt it intrusive and unnecessary, and too personal? Is this ethical? Is it permitted? I thought this level of enquiry was up to the conveyancing solicitor, only on agreement of offer from prospective buyer. During the time with this company, not one person turned up. We did have several appointments just no shows. I know it can be a challenge when viewers may book but not follow through but we gave up with these agents.

If I could I wouldn't even give them any stars, I am a tennant from spalding branch and we have had problems after problems and takes ages for it to be "sorted" they send cowboy builders out that can't even do the job properly and the guy still hasn't gave us our money back, me my partner and our 3 year old son are currently sleeping in the living room as we can't even sleep in our own bedroom because of mould and damp, this started around the same time as last year. It is so cold we are using more heating then we should be, they say we are always waiting for the contractors to get back to them which can take weeks/months with no updat or no communication.

This company is absolutely hopeless. Unprofessional is an understatement. Chasing them for well over 3weeks to get back my tenancy deposit back and no one seem to be able to tell me when I can get my money back. I wish there was something less than one star.

We applied to this company about a property we wanted to rent the day after it was advertised, when we finally got through to the office, they said they weren't arranging viewings at that time but they would keep us informed, the next day, this property was unlisted.We phoned the office and asked why and they said somebody had agreed to rent without viewing, how convenient!!!

In August I decided to rent out my house. I was very nervous about the whole process as it was my first time and had 0 knowledge of what I needed to know as a landlord, so I decided the best road to take is to use an estate agent and pay them for the full management service...WRONG! I have had to chase the estate agents to sort out issues as I want to make sure my tenant is happy and looked after. I have been chasing since September and still not resolved. Their communication is poor and frankly I am disappointed in how once the contract is signed and you're paying their money, you don't hear anything from them...My tenant are also feeling the same way. Waste of money Don't do it!!

Totally poor, left me over 3 months without universal credit. Needed a letter with priof of what rent i was paying yet repeatedly fobbed off and lied to, when they finally did after 2 and a half months, the amount was incorrect, then the 2nd attempt was the first with the correct amount written on a post it note stuck on top of the incorrect amount. Took the local councils intervention to get a correct one. Totally unprofessional .

GoogleI'm a landlord with a small portfolio and had another estate agent managing one of my properties in Doncaster with very poor results, so decided to switch to William H Brown. Davyd Edwards based in the Doncaster office, handled everything, and did an excellent job, and had tenants in within one week at my asking price. The other agent had the property on the market for 8 weeks without success and just kept telling me my asking price was too high, so that says it all for me. They did such a great job, that I will be switching all my properties over to William H Brown. The maintenance support is also fantastic and much more competitively priced than I've paid with other agents. I can highly recommend from my experience.

GoogleThe staff I've worked with have been diligent, keeping on top of processes, well-informed and able to navigate the crazy world of residential property buying. Sarah and Emily have been thoughtful, helpful, and encouraging. My frustrations - there have been a few - have essentially been focussed on issues with solicitors moving more slowly that seemed reasonable. OTOH, the holidays meant that delays were not a complete surprise. Overall, I think that WH Brown did a good job and I'm grateful to them and the staff.

GoogleWe have had Thomas Guttridge as our Mortgage Advisor for a few months now and he has been so helpful and understanding. As First Time buyers we weren't sure how things worked or what to do and he went through it all in detail with us and answered any questions we had even if they might have been stupid ones. He is also a very kind man and we would defiantly use him again if we need to. The Office Team were also helpful and polite whenever I rang up to speak to anyone in regards to our ongoing purchase of a property. Thanks again Tom!

GoogleHelped both my ex-husband and myself through a complicated set of problems with a divorce buyout/remortgage and then a separate mortgage for myself. Having just completed on the house I bought, William H Brown were there the whole way through and helped me decide when significant complications occurred with a previous property I was buying but decided to pull out and buy another property instead. I've found everyone working there knowledgeable and friendly and work to get you the best deal for your budget. Very much recommend.

GoogleWould like to thank the staff @ William H Brown, I initially started the process of selling my property which I rented out through another estate agent. Oliver in the sales team was fantastic went above and beyond keeping in touch with me and my tenants, after having a change of heart and deciding to give it another chance of renting the property out he put me in touch with Steve in the rentals team, it was made so easy getting the process started and getting the property back on the rental market. Charlie and Lucy have kept me well informed while finding a tenant. The whole rental team have returned my confidence after poor experience with previous estate agents
