Brilliant experience with Reeds Rains from start to finish . Paul was a pleasure to deal with when I asked him to value the property and explained what I had already been offered, he came with an catologue of properties of similar condition in the area and gave me a price I could expect to achieve. Very efficient and the property was on the market very quickly, within a week they was showing people round on my behalf . Pamela was my day to day contact and she kept me updated throughout , but everyone is the office were friendly and knowledgeable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, I will be using again in the future .

The best estate agents i have ever used, If you are looking for an estate agent I would highly recommend Reeds Rain’s. From day one the service they have given has been excellent. They are extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Pam was absolutely amazing and put up with numerous phone calls, she was always friendly and helpful throughout and exceptional at her job. Everyone in the office I spoke to were helpful and friendly and it was always possible to speak to someone which is not something you get from other agents. Paul and Vanessa were great with the viewings and their help, advice and recommendations for other services we needed.

They made buying and selling stress free! Pam never minded the questions that we bombarded her with and they were answered honestly. So we always knew where we were both with the selling and buying of the properties. Richard valued our property and knew exactly how to price it. Very professional company would not hesitate to recommend. Would use again but we have our forever home thanks to Reed Rains!

When considering which estate agent to use there are many choices available but having spoken to Richard at the Doncaster office I was convinced Reeds Rains was the right choice and wasn't disappointed. From beginning to end his help and more importantly his advice was invaluable, not only on the sale of our property but regarding the purchase of our new home, which they weren't even handling. The decisions I would have made without Richards advice would have been the wrong ones but with his advice and guidance we were able to sell our house quickly and buy our dream home, he really went the extra mile, always available, extremely wise and knowledgeable as were his colleagues Paul and Pam, so glad I used a 'proper' estate agent.

Weird and rude staff who has zero knowledge of human language and still constantly asking for my email address even though I told her over and over again. Stop sending me emails as I requested it numerous times in the reply. Also, you guys are dumb enough to spell my name wrong!

I've used Reeds Rains in Doncaster on a number of occasions to help me find tenants for my rental properties. I've always found them to be both approachable and professional. Tenants have always told me that relative to other agents in the local area Reeds Rains are easy to deal with and respond to all queries quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended with particular thanks to to Paul, Lesley and Chris.

Shocking service from a well known estate agent. Very unhelpful and inexperienced. Very disappointed as have many BTL properties and have never encountered such uncaring and unprofessional approach.

A professional and as importantly a personal touch from Richard and his colleagues in the office. The expertise and experience shown by Reeds Rains meant we achieved a satisfactory price for our house and the backroom details of the sale were completed efficiently by the ladies in the office.
