Awful! Turned up to view the property, couldn't gain access. No one from the company got back about rebooking. Now told the property is under offer so there's no point in viewing it. An absolute joke of customer service. Do not use! H.F.Garratt

Hi Fay,We apologise for your cancelled viewing. This was due to a contractor changing the locks and supplying us with incorrect keys. The house did receive an offer but as we explained on the phone, this is a repossession sale, so you were still able to reschedule the viewing and possibly place an offer yourself. Been complaining about maintenance issues for 3 years, found out that they had not been relaying the issues to the landlord. He has now changed letting agent since finding out about the lack of communication.

Within the first week I had numerous viewings and after finding the right tenants for me, keep everything in place. Quick and easy from my end especially with these two in charge of everything.
