GoogleExcellent experience with this company. Timely with comms, reminders and such like. Rhiane was friendly yet professional in her manner and presentation. Not pushy. We met at the property on time. She attended the viewing answering my questions well and as appropriate. Rhiane has a lovely, personable manner.

GoogleI have known the team at Moss Properties for over 3 years now and the rapport I have built with them is second to none. Kayleigh in the sales team is wonderful, joyous and always going the extra mile to ensure all queries and demands are dealt with accordingly. Anita at Moss Mortgages is an amazing insurance and mortgage adviser. She has been dealing with my mortgage journey for a while now and has always been patient and conscientious in helping me to build my property portfolio. Insofar as mortgages are concerned, she is the one to go to and I do not doubt that she will help you find the best lender and rates out there. GoogleInitially, I left positive feedback, but it's time for updates, because a lot has happened. They will do anything to put you in the house (Victoria is trying to do her best to do it) and then contact with them is hard. Very difficult communication. Basically, they are only interested in collecting your money. They left us alone with a child under 2yo when the house burned down in an accident, they were not interested in us after few days. They lied that they would contact us, which never happened unless they had to talk because of the landlord. People without morals and scruples. I can't recommend them at all. They are useless. Moreover, properties are too expensive and the price is inadequate to the quality, e.g. in our house we had moldy windows. Even though we always paid the rent properly, we got monthly reminders to pay which was harassing and unpleasant. I can write a lot of more but it's not worth it. Just remember that you have been warned that there could be problems with them.
