GoogleA fantastic experience with this estate agent, and in particular Frances Bowling. They were not even my estate agent (although I wish they had been!). Frances was the estate agent for the property we were purchasing. Fantastic professional service, very responsive and great communication across a range of channels at any time it was needed (day or night). She handled a tricky chain and chased everyone throughout to ensure that a desirable outcome was achieved for all. Which was a lot more than I can say for my estate agent!! Even though Frances and Moss were not my estate agent I would highly recommend them based on my experience, and I would use them if I were to move again in the future. GoogleWorth 4.5. Francis and Rhiane brought about an uncomplicated, fairly swift transaction. Would personally prefer a little more face-to-face contact. Only by accident I met Rhiane once and then didn't realise she was the only person I was going to deal with as it seemed Francis disappeared from the scene without trace. But Rhiane has kept me in the picture all along and answered my questions. Not sure why camera fee of £150 is not included in total bill where there is a sale. I would recommend Moss Properties to friends on the basis of my experience. Thankyou very much.

GoogleThe agency is not great…because I reported issue with my flat for 3 month without an answer. Then I meet the best agent ever ! Her name is Cherylin Botha she fixed all the issue in a week ! It was the Christmas holiday week, it was really hard to have someone to fix the issue in my flat but she did it! I really think Cherylin deserves to be a manager! She is really helpful and always there . (Even when she was sick). I’m glad my agency got an agent like her. She is amazing! My 5 stars are just for her!
