Initially everything was okay, but that didn’t last long. I have had a few run ins with these people, using scare tactics and bullying methods which may work on some vulnerable folk. Only today they stated they would charge me £60 to change a property inspection date, they had arranged when I was scheduled to work. In the past these guys have missed two previous appointments with myself for property inspections, on one of these occasions I took the day off work. I wasn’t compensated in anyway for my losses and inconvenience. Stay away from these people if you are easily intimidated, I will be giving my notice very soon. Such a shame too because the property owner is a great guy, he really cares about his tenants and carries out repairs when needed. Kerrigan you need to focus more on your customer service, stop with the stupid intimidating emails.

As a landlord, I have been using Kerrigans to let and manage my properties for around 10 years With living some distance away, I needed an agent to take full control of the properties and Kerrigans have done the job admirably, they have always acted professionally, kept me fully informed and made sensible on the spot decisions when needed So all in all, I think it's a massive 3 Cheers for the Kerrigans team and a big pat on the back to me for choosing them all those years ago

Found property which i was looking for nearly two month...went for viewing on Sunday. Told agency i do like the property and i`m willing to take it. Gave them call on Monday to find out when can i come to office and pay deposit. Agency on Monday morning told me "we will call you back in one hour" this hour turn in 6... i called them couple more times and person who was dealing with that property was out of the office... gave them ring Tuesday night and they told me property been let.

This letting Agent does NOT even deserve that one star I have put above.All I wanted a secure studio , I was daylight robbed totally and slowly bit by bit ,they sucked my wallet . Kerrigans the Chief robber Anthony owner , is full of lies and dishonesty .Millions of people are being ripped off in UK because of such companies , property ombudsman ,government need to take action against such daylight Robbers.

I can see exactly why this so called agent has bad review. We intended to use this firm for a letting service. They recieved our keys and would not give us a rental valuation. We have dealt with circa 400 agents in the past 25 years we have been trading and this is the worst agent we have dealt with. Very rude.

As a owner of a property next door to 1 of their property's don't expect any repairs to be done quickly!! We've been waiting for their fence to be replaced since the 07/04/2016! And still waiting! You email,ring etc they just tell you bull hoping you will go away! It's a joke!!
