Almost 2 1/2 years after moving in we still have snagging issues remaining. They have no concept of customer service, they just ignorant. We have 15 left out of 232. All they want is your money. Still no wardrobes and garden still not sorted. I was promised these would be done ASAP after moving in. Zero customer service not one phone call to me and automated email responses. Fed up now. I forwards the email string of requests to the manager and instead of responding to me he blocked my email. THAT SPEAK VOLUMES!
