GooglePoor standard of business been contacting since March, awaiting 'phone call back' since March ! Properties managed by yourself , subletted via a third-party organisation and holding a current rental agreement of £230 per week ! Making a profit whilst limiting the employment opportunity of your indirect customers ! People wonder what's wrong with society ? Businesses like yourselves !!

Hi Sarah, thank you for your comments, I understand that you have just spoken to someone at our office, As advised Big Red House is not your Landlord or Letting Agent and therefore contractually we are unable to assist you directly. Please can you contact your housing association directly who provide you with your supported accommodation. We will also advise them that you have been in touch and request that they contact you directly.

GoogleI would say these are truly one to avoid. Terrible agents cost us upwards of £10000 by not notifying us of property damage meaning it couldn't be claimed on insurance. They failed to follow up on upaid rents and do nothing to ensure a return on your investments. All they care for is their paycheques and won't do anything for their customers.

GoogleWouldnt reccomend selling your property through them. Call 3 times mid afternoon, no answer. You just lost a sale for one of your sellers... what a shambles

Hi Richard, are you sure it was our Agency that you called? We have a back up overflow call handling service in place to avoid this very issue and to ensure that all calls can at the very least be answered within a set time period. If the appropriate person isn't available, normally a message is taken and a call back arranged. Did you leave a message? We can’t see anything from you and we have no record of any incoming calls that were unanswered the week you left your review, hence the question about if you are sure it’s the correct agency you are reviewing? Obviously it's difficult for any business to guarantee that they can have a member of staff available to handle all enquiries immediately, 100% of the time, as hopefully the team are busy dealing with enquiries, but we do recognise that speaking to a human being as soon as possible is helpful and being assured your enquiry is being dealt with is important. The experience you are describing is certainly not the norm for us and if it was our Agency then we can only apologise for your experience, had you managed to engage with us then I’m confident that ‘A Shambles’ is the last description you would use for us. If it is an error then please could I ask that you remove this review. If it was our Agency then we can only apologise for your call slipping through the net and I will raise this with our telecoms provider, I can assure you that this is not something that normally occurs. It seems a real shame for you to miss out on a property you wanted as a result of not being able to contact us one afternoon, if you would like to give us a call or send an enquiry to info@propertywithbrh.co.uk then we can check to see if the property is still available for you. If the property is no longer available then please let us know your requirements and we will do our best to identify a suitable property for you. We are currently in the process of changing our phone provider and consequently some calls and messages from our overflow call handling service have not been getting through to us.
