Do not buy a property from these cowboys (Avant). For over four years I have being chasing them to get the snagging list done still waiting. So now I am taking the to the small claims court and I would advise anyone still having issues with the cowboys (Avant) to do the same.

The house its self is pretty good. The issues is the amount of snagging and the avant customer service department being inadequate at offering help. From contractors showing up out the blue to going 4 month without replying to emails or phone calls.
