3 Keys Property Doncaster reviews

Everyone I dealt with at 3Keys were brilliant! They were always helpful, kept me informed and went that extra bit to talk me through all aspects and answer any questions I had, whenever that was required. They liaised between solicitors and did all of the hard work to keep things moving, saving me a lot of additional admin. I would definitely use them again. Having dealt with a lot of estate agents as part of my buying process I can see the difference in quality of service that 3Keys offer. Highly recommend.

We used 3 keys to both purchase and sell so experienced both services. On the purchase side we viewed a couple of properties and at both viewings we were made to feel welcome: Hannah and Cat were both extremely helpful and knowledgable about the properties we looked at with them. When we decided on one to purchase Hannah guided us through the process and provided updates throughout. On the sale side we got prompt photos taken and a valuation, and constant updates throughout the whole process about the progress of the sale. Overall we are very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend if buying/selling in the Doncaster area.

We have recently rented a property with 3 Keys Property where we had Lisa Bailey dealing with our renting process. I need to mention that I am speechless of how she managed our application. She was amazing from the start to the end....and she went above and beyond to make this renting possibile. She kept us informed of every single update, no matter how small it was knowing the stress we have been going through. Emails, calls, queries....everything was dealt with so much professionalism and rapidity. Given all we have been going through this process with agents from other agencies, she was the ONLY HUMAN AGENT 🫶🙏as she was the only one taking from her time to listen our situation. For all of this, a massive thank you Lisa Bailey!!!🙏🫶🙏Bless you.

This is a month late but needed to review. 3 Keys were brilliant when I had to sell my mums property, Michelle & Hannah were a fantastic help, very understanding of my situation and the aftercare once it had sold was just great ( I’ve used other estate agents in the past who were shocking and didn’t bother with you once it had sold on the board) I can’t recommend this company enough, if I ever have to sell another property, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Well worth 5 stars!

Recently sold both mine and my partner's properties with the help of 3 Keys. Could not fault the service from the initial valuation through to the actual sale. Michelle, Hannah and the team were always on hand to answer questions, offer advice and generally steer the sales through their tortuous course (one in particular was quite a long chain which always give scope for difficulties). We were particularly impressed that emails were answered out of hours. Altogether a first rate service, for which we are both very grateful.

3 Keys recently sold a property of ours, from start to finish the service was very professional, efficient and friendly. Even when our contact was not in the office, other members of the team would always be able to help, answer questions and chase the sale, if required. Nothing was too much trouble & we would have not hesitation in using 3 Keys again or recommending them to others. Thank you for all your help

We recently sold a property through 3 Keys and would not hesitate in recommending them. From start to finish, all staff who I spoke with were professional and helpful. They kept us in the loop all the time and went above and beyond to keep the sale on track. A special mention must go to Hannah who was a star throughout. They will be my first choice if / when I sell a property again.

I've got nothing but good to say about this company. Just handed my keys back from an apartment I've had for over 2 years and any issue I've had they have been straight on it and friendly. Everything has been a smooth and enjoyable experience dealing with them from start to end. I recommend to anyone looking to be a tenant or using them to let a home out/sell. Thank you guys! Michael

Recently sold my house with 3Keys. A very positive experience, a professional and helpful team. Selling a property is a notoriously stressful business, not with these ladies on your side. I would highly recommend this company

My involvement with 3keys goes back to 2013 when I started to rent out a property. This property sold 2 weeks ago. 3keys managed the transition from letting agent to selling agent seamlessly. Over the years I have always found staff within the team to be approachable friendly and professional. I have very much appreciated the advice and regular updates from various team members. Although I am loathe to single out individuals, I feel that I must mention Ros, Jamie, Michelle and Kate for special thanks. 3keys will always be my go-to if I ever rent, buy or sell a property in the future. I would highly recommend them.

Michelle was amazing from start to finish! This was the first time I sold my house and she was happy to answer all my questions and speak through everything with me. She was always kind patient and always made time for me. All the girls in the office are lovely efficient and know what they’re talking about. Michelle helped save the sale of my house after mid communication between my solicitors. Brilliant estate agent with lovely people. Big Thank you to Michelle to I would’ve been totally lost without her ❤️

I cannot recommend 3Keys enough for both selling and purchasing a property. They had a tough job with us selling 2 houses to buy one but they certainly did a great job. The staff are kind, understanding and go above and beyond their roles to help you. I've used other estate agents in the area and they don't come close to the service at 3keys. I highly recommend using them. Thank you guys for a great sale and purchase ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
