I visited Hockley Croft last week and wow what a stunning development it was clean and the show homes were amazing I am looking forward to meeting the sales team and reserving my home next week I had a brief chat with Michelle who was busy doing a reservation so make sure you call ahead to make an appointment if you are wanting to buy

We bought our home in September 2020 ...Its been a pleasure settling in ,weve found our home very economical to run and the few snags that needed doing are in the process when lockdown over .The building team with Paul and Chris have produced a great place for us to have our forever home ,From start with sales office team to finish I would recommend Harron Homes .Plot 18 Heather and John

In response to you....Yes the concerns have been raised with customer care. Yes I got an acknowledgement email of this and was told it was being passed to the sales team.No, you haven’t bothered to reply. No you haven’t refunded my £500 reservation fee. Before replying on here to say I’ve raised concerns with them, I suggest someone responds to my complaint. If not I will have no choice but to file county court action.

We dropped into Thoresby Vale without an appointment and were welcomed by Michelle and Meryl who let us take a look around the showhomes. Immaculately decorated, the showhomes are lovely. Michelle and Meryl are both incredibly knowledgeable about the development and homes and were happy to answer any questions we had, or find out answers for us.

Forest Reach!!First moved in July 2020 First two weeks couldn’t do enough After that 3 different site managers. customer care is absolutely appalling, the amount of snags we are still left with us shocking. Speaking with head office gets you no where. I wanted to take my complaint further I get given loads of excuses and false promises. If I had the chance again I would never buy from harron.

After sales repairs shocking I have spent the last 6 months making numerous phone calls almost begging for snagging and repairs to be completed even within less than a year of moving in. You can take time off work and no one turns up no one notifies you So good luck

Great experience with Harron Homes when reserving a plot. Charlotte and Amanda have been extremely supportive and have helped us throughout the proccess, answering all our questions and making the whole experience really easy to navigate through. We recently had our meeting to choose our options and upgrades and, again, they were fantastic. We are really happy with the team in Shipley Lakeside.

Bought a luxury home from harron homes in 2020 on hokley croft in boroughbridge there were several major faults with the house and after 24months of being ignored and with no reasonable effort to correct the defects we have had to spend over £6000 to fix the problems this company is a utter disgrace DO NOT BUY from HARRON HOMES!!!!!!

We’ve just reserved a plot at The Hawthornes, Carlton. After a clunky start we’ve been well looked after by Nicola and she’s been there for every step of the way and nothing is too much trouble. We’ve still got a way to go, so once we’re in our new house and all is well, I’ll be more than happy to adjust to a 5 star

We Bought a new house (The Ingleton) at Manor Farm In snaith. Rebecca the sales lady was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, very friendly and super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We’ve had some snagging but, that’s normal on a new build. When letting the site manager Noah aware of this he made sure the issues were sorted in a very quick and professional way. We love our new home.

DO NOT under any circumstances purchase a house from these utter cowboys! The only thing worse than the build quality is their ability and desire to sort the endless list of issues and problems (sometimes serious).It seems that having lived in house for over 5 years we have been informed by the council that they haven't actually ever received a completion certificate!!!Plot 8, Farriers Way

I have to to say how amazing Harron homes are..... at being horrifically bad at not only building homes but laying roads too. We've been at the Castleford site now for 3 years and not only are the roads unfinished, scattered with pot hole & raised drains, the drains under the roads are collapsing too. Customer services are also great..... at deleting comments, reviews & pleas for help!

Trustpilotkeep your money and stay away
Had our harron home almost 2 years. Still got all our snags unresolved. Terrible company. 6 months on from first reporting it and our roof is still hanging off and not yet fixed. Site managers keep telling us “roofers aren’t working” Even though we see them on site. The site office tell us to email so we do and get ignored. Absolute cowboys. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy one.

Build quality is amazing, one of the best new build properties I have experienced! 100 percent recommend.

Moved into our beautiful home on the grange in shireoaks and have been blown away by the customer service from the sales team and the construction team on site. These guys really do know how to create a smooth transition for a new build house. Especially jo in the sales office who was magnificent throughout. Cannot recommend enough.
