GoogleThrough no fault of Peter Alan, this was possibly the most challenging purchase I have made. However, with the help of the Branch manager Rhi who went above and beyond to resolve issues as they appeared (and there were many) completion took place last week. Customer service and team dedication was outstanding. I hope to be using this estate agent again but next time for BTL purchases.

GoogleAn excellent and hassle free experience with Rhian and Robin. From valuation to completion of the sale of my property. Very good communication throughout, keeping me updated every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the occasion arose. I would highly recommend Peter Alan.

GoogleWe've been dealing with Stevie Davidson at the Dinas Powys branch of Peter Alan with a property purchase. She has been amazingly knowledgeable about the local market and extremely helpful with providing information and setting up viewings. More importantly she has patiently guided us through the minefield of purchasing a property and we thank her for it.

Googleno proof of counter bids given, tactic used by unprofessional estate agents of ghost bidding. Unluckily the house we wanted was with them so had to put up with it.
