GoogleWe have been dealing with Peter Alan Dinas Powys regarding the sale of our property. Jessica has been dealing with this and has been so helpful and professional. Jessica really does go above and beyond, I have even phoned her when she has been on her rest days and nothing has been too much trouble. We would definitely recommend Peter Alan to anyone looking to sell their property. Thanks Jess.

GoogleI have bought and sold many times over the years and these people are just wonderful!! Rhian and her team have been amazing, they have been so proactive with the sale of my little house and have kept me in the loop at all times. Rhian is professional, completely reliable and has that human touch that we all need when coping with the stresses that conveyancing brings. Their solicitor service and sales progression service is second to none. We can’t always choose who we buy through but if you are planning on selling I would highly recommend this amazing agency!!!

GoogleThe customer service I received from Peter Alan Dinas Powys was superb. I was selling my property at a difficult time - COVID-19 restrictions made things more challenging the staff, the buyers and sellers. The office staff were extremely busy but always found the time to return my calls and emails, and provide reassurance and helpful advice where necessary. Any minor issues were cleared up immediately. Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control we were unable to get the outcome we were all hoping for, but the excellent service continued throughout and right up to the point to when i had no choice but to remove my property from sale. The reassurance and support I received from the branch manager, Rhian Williams, was beyond anything i expected. I am very glad I decided to use this company - there are cheaper out there I'm sure - but I would advise anyone selling a property to be cautious when considering these companies because moving is rarely an easy process, and you need someone who knows what they're doing on your side.

GoogleAfter just asking Peter Alan for a valuation I was never really intending to use them for selling my property. Rhian Williams came around and her infectious appetite for the local market and commitment to selling my house won me over. From start to finish Rhian took ownership of my property with some of the team (Katie and Robyn) contributing significantly along the way. The house was sold on its first open day of visits after great advice from Rhian. Communication was clear and constant throughout and Rhian even suspended half day’s annual leave to ensure final completion and handover of keys herself. I fully recommend Rhian and her team to anyone in the local area looking to sell or buy, you would be in good hands, cared for and valued.

GoogleMy husband and I have just purchased a house and have been dealing with Jess from the start , she’s been really helpful and attentive and answers all of us questions and is very flexible with viewings. This wasn’t the first property we viewed with Jess and each time she’s been very knowledgeable about the property and let us walk round and explore the properties freely , really making us feel comfortable. If we decide to sell in the future we sill be sure to use Peter Alan . Sophie & Tayler

GoogleI was originally going to another agent as always thought of them as the people to go to in Dinas but I decided I'd call in at Peter Alan to have a chat with them. And I'm so glad I did! What welcoming, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff they have there. I sat down after the warm welcome from all staff with a young lady called Abbie and she was fantastic. She just sat and listened to my situation advising me how things get processed and what the steps are as I haven't sold or bought anything in 30 years since I moved here. If I do decide to put my house up for sale I will definitely use Peter Alan. I already have the confidence they will get my house sold and help guide me through the sale. Abbie is a real credit to that office and the company.

GoogleI've called round the local agents for the Dinas area and I have to say, the young lady Abigail I spoke to in Peter Alan, Dinas was brilliant. She really did go through so much with me and seemed to have knowledge of everything Peter Alan have to offer. Although we were just thinking of our options at this stage she didn't seem any less interested that we weren't ready to go on the market just yet. I finished the phone call hoping to deal with Abigail and the Dinas Powys office in the future.

GoogleMy wife and I recently purchased a property through Peter Alan and we were very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. We had many questions and requests to visit the property and they were very accommodating. This made planning the renovation of the property prior to completion much easier. Robyn was our main contact throughout the process - she was super helpful and friendly. Thank you!

GoogleI dealt with Tom while trying to find my next home. After having bad experiences with other local agents, I felt that Tom was incredibly professional and helpful, he was able to find lots of suitable houses for us to view and we felt he really understood our wants and needs. I’d highly recommend Tom and the team at Peter Alan Dinas Powys.

GoogleI was very well looked after for the purchase of my new home, Rhian in particular was always on hand and super helpful when I needed anything. Each time I called the branch, I got through right away and all of my queries were answered well. It's not easy when you're in a chain to figure out what's going on and where you're at. So I was super grateful to have real support helping me with my purchase, thank you!

GoogleWe were extremely pleased with Mr Paul Davies who represented the company and were extremely impressed by the professionalism displayed, and the constant reassurance of dealing with a company that would put the client first. The company has also shown how professional they are by follow up service form the companies they use within the sales process. I would recommend them as a safe pair of hands to deal with, at what can be a very stressful time.
