GoogleVery polite welcoming.nothing is too much trouble
Good morning Anne, many thanks for your kind 5 star review and your kind words, the team works hard to offer to all our clients a personal and friendly service, working hard to meet our clients expectations, so it's always lovely for our clients to leave a 5 star review and lovely words, thank you, the Wainwright Team

GoogleFantastic and professional service over a couple of years! Alex and his team initially let and managed our property for 18 months and subsequently sold. Always on hand, quick to react and often going beyond the call of duty. Thanks Alex.

GoogleAlex made the whole daunting experience of renting our parents house out to assist with their care home fees a very simple process. He dealt with all conformance certification and workmen to resolve problems. Also all credit checks and payments. He makes it look easy. Thanks Alex.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAlex is by far the best estate agent in the area. We wouldn’t go with anyone else. He is thorough, responsive and gets the job done quickly, giving his honest and helpful opinion along the way.

FacebookBe very careful with the Barry outfit, I had authorisation for all work I carried out to improve a property which I paid for myself but they are trying to take money off me now. They failed to log all these to the landlord, very poor outfit.
Hi Jon, The "Barry Outfit" are a different organisation. We are Burnett Davies with Easton in Dinas Powys. Not Burnett Davies Lettings based on High Street, Barry. Confusing I know so apologies.

GoogleAlex has acted for us twice in the last couple of years when purchasing/selling property. We have always found him to be very professional and efficient and always available whenever we needed advice. He kept us updated on the progress of the sale/purchase of our properties and I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone who is thinking of engaging an agent in the future.

GoogleI sold my house just before lockdown with Burnett Davies with Easton and they were great. It was a stressful sell with chasing paperwork from an ex partner and it would not have gone through without Alex going above and beyond to get it all done in time. Highly recommendPositiveResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleTerrible estate agent! My wife went to see a property that we liked. She saw it then we decided that wasn't good enough and the estate agent wanted us to feel bad because we "Wasted His Time". Oh well...don't be an estate agent then ! Buying an house is not like buying bread mate
