GoogleI rented a student room through the Stanton Properties. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. If a problem with the property was reported, a lot of time passed before the agency acted on it. However, the main reason for my negative rating is that after 6 months I still don't have my deposit back. My other housemates already received it and our contact ended in July, it is January now and after many emails and phone calls I am still in square one. The man I was talking on the phone with today, did not want to provide any information why it is taking so long and hung up in the middle of the conversation.
In my opinion, save yourself a lot of nerves and frustration by choosing another agency.

GoogleI contacted the estate agent to make a booking to view a property advertised online, I was surprised at the initial response of “HELLO” (like he was expecting a friend to call) he was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional on the call and gave the impression he did not want to be there. This alone made me check the reviews and thank god I did, seems like my instincts were correct in avoiding this place before you commit to signing up under their management.
