GoogleI have been renting a flat for 7 months and have had a great experience with the Stanton Properties team. Ryan was my main point of contact and supported me with every request and question I had during my tenancy. He was always very responsive, supportive and responsible. GoogleI would recommend Stanton properties to students looking to rent. If you're like me and you are suspicious of 5* reviews being given to landlords then please check my other reviews out - I'm definitely not a bot! A lot of the bad reviews talk about rudeness or slow responses to issues. What I will say to students renting in Manchester is - this agency is worth renting with! I experienced no rudeness but even if I had, getting a full deposit back is worth a lot more than having to talk to someone grumpy! I'm sure anyone who has worked in the service industry will agree π€£ We had some issues with electricity, boiler etc over the two years we lived there. All of this issues were dealt with if not urgently then at least relatively quickly. My experience of other landlords has not been so good. There were some small issues when we moved in. These were resolved the next day - that's pretty good compared to what you will get with other landlords. Getting a response from them was easy - that's always handy. The most important thing though: we did a good job of cleaning the house and got a full deposit back. That is so important for students who may move house every year. If nothing else, at least know that Stanton will be fair with deposits! If you're a student, they really are worth considering!

GoogleI moved into a property in West Didsbury in summer 2021. The finish of the property and its furnishings were of an extremely high standard and the landlord Liam was friendly and helpful from the offset. If we had any issues they were generally resolved within a couple of days and were no hassle. We even got beers and wines dropped off for Christmas! All in all, I cannot fault Stanton Properties in the time I dealt with them and I would absolutely recommend them and use again in the future, without hesitation.

GoogleAvoid. conmen. Took all my deposit for cleaning when the place was left SPOTLESS! No repairs done. Just let their self in your property with no announcement and a Β£700 cleaning bill. Stay away from this company at all costs

GoogleAdvise to avoid. With our tenancy the whole process was unprofessional. Communication was simply dreadful. They asked for the property deposit to be paid to the former tenant and that we would recover from the new tenant. Totally illegal and a bizarre idea. Our details for a guarantor were not checked. After the tenancy ended we are having to seek legal support to recover our deposit. Repeated requests have been ignored.
