FacebookStop cold calling and emailing former property owners who stopped using you to manage their property years ago because of your shoddy service, saying you have someone urgently in need of a rental property.

GoogleCrooks. Forgot to cancel a standing order into their account. Called and explained that I had made the mistake. Was bluntly told that there would be a 12% charge for transferring my money back. Yes, thats 12% of £650. Avoid at all costs! Oh and as an after thought, never seen so many 5* reviews before, smells just a little of family and friends.

FacebookAbsolutely disgraceful. 48 hours before my step daughter was due to move into a rental property Chancellors have told her that the move cannot go ahead. She has a signed contract and has paid the deposit. No one is responding to phone calls or emails. Spent the whole morning trying to get hold of someone to find out what is happening.

GoogleWhen I decided to let the three flats in Didcot rather than selling them I contacted a few Estate Agengies locally. I foundChancellors as a company very professional and hekpful. I found Katherine Yates at the letting desk very efficient and precise in dealing with me. She was very helpful during the whole process. I would like to thank the the "team" at the letting desk. GoogleNever received such bad treatment from any company than I have as tenant/ex-tenant of a property managed by chancellors estate agents. From the moment they have your admin fee customer service disappears so do any niceties. I checked out a month ago they have just billed me £250.00 from my deposit for two light bulbs.?.. Sums them up perfectly. beware of this company!

FacebookWe recently sold our flat through Oliver in the Langley branch who was professional and enthusiastic. Hannah in the progression team was fantastic, it's the first time i've sold a property and she was brilliant, I think I would have gone nuts without her help liasing with the buyers and in particular their crap solicitors! Chancellors are pricey but the customer service we had was great.
