GoogleI viewed a property today and Ellise.L was the agent to assist me. I dealt with her from the start, she booked me in for the viewing as well as showed me around today. Honestly she was amazing -very welcoming, friendly and polite. I have a situation slight different to your norm and Ellise was so empathetic ,understanding. She was very knowledgeable and was able to address all my questions and gave me additional advice, which was above and beyond what she needed too. If only Ellise was the standard of all Estate Angents in the U.K.

GoogleWorking with Lisa and her team has been a total pleasure. Lisa was enthusiastic about selling our property from the first time she saw it and made sure other members of the team were familiar with the house too. Viewings were always accompanied and at convenient times. Once the offer was made the whole process went smoothly. GoogleWe worked with Olivia Sword for the purchase of our property in Abingdon. We hadn’t originally intended to work with a mortgage broker - but we are so relieved we did!!!!! Olivia has not only helped us financially to get a good deal but has also supported us with a range of things that we had not even considered or thought about. Olivia is super responsive - we could always get in touch with her easily at any point in the process - we trust Olivia explicitly to get us the best deal and look after our best interests. GoogleI have recently found a rental property through Allen and Harris. I had quite a specific criteria and a quick turn around time due to my situation but Ellise was extremely helpful in finding somewhere for me and supporting my application, when difficulties arose with the zero deposit scheme Ellise and Sulayman were there chasing everything up and making sure that everything got sorted on the day and it meant that there was only a few hours delay on getting the keys rather than a few days!

GoogleI have recently moved back to the area and now rent a property from Allen and Harris. However dye to previous tenants the move was not as smooth as it should have been. But I have to say Sulayman and Briony were always very helpful and we always resolve issues quickly and professionally but slso friendly and understanding. Thank you

GoogleBranch manager Lisa Cox plays a nasty game. I put an offer on a property and had to go through scrupulous checks before offer was even proposed to the vendor. Property was sitting on the market for months. The same day my offer was finally proposed to the vendor, suddenly a magical person comes out of nowhere with an offer which is immediately put forward to the vendor and accepted without having to go through the same checks. Disappointed as I suspect discrimination. Do not buy properties through this estate agent if you want to be treated fairly.

Fast and joined up approach between agent and office team. Ellise went above and beyond by staying on the phone and waiting outside the property to so that I was able to find it.
