GoogleDo not use this estate agents they are the most unprofessional team I have delt with .my daughter moved in to a rented property and had to wait all day for the keys had 45 minutes to move out and return keys at 5.45 pm then they took two payments from her account for deposit without her permission . Be warned do not rent from them

GoogleConnells let a few of my rental properties and it always felt like they accepted the first tenant that came along. This has resulted in some tenants getting into rental arrears and on top of that, their admin is terrible. I'm still asking for missing documents for a property let 6 months ago! They don't seem to care about the client, just the money. Best avoided.

GoogleShocking service - no communication between the Exeter branch and the Auction team. - when they want something from you they bombard your phone, when you need them to call you back - nothing. Seller has lost out on higher bid due to the poor service by Tim in the Auction Team.

GoogleI recently had a few viewings at various properties with Connells. I was professionally and promptly greeted by Tracy the viewings agent. Who I must say was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, helpful with a great attention to detail. The service was second to none and I would highly recommend using Connells.

GoogleConnells were fantastic - we bought a property that they were the agents on and our agent Megan couldn't have been more helpful. We were regularly updated throughout and had a faultless service - our solicitors (no connection to Connells) were a real let-down and so it was only down to Megan's involvement that the sale progressed as smoothly as it did. Thank you!

GoogleI only wish I had read the 'extremely accurate' google reviews here about the incompetence and disingenuity of the staff at the Exeter branch before I instructed them to let my house. This is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Please do not use this agency, please do not throw your time and money away! They are a joke!

GoogleI am only giving a 1 star because I can't give less. Adam (manager of Exeter) is the worst manager I have ever met. We have been waiting for a refund for over 3 months and have called every week requesting Adam calls us back. He has never called us back. We are still waiting for a phone call and refund.

GooglePretty decent really - they are a corporate so as long as you're ok with that I'd recommend. They were always available for my calls etc, kept me informed and helped to make sure that my sale went through quickly and smoothly. They were also very optimistic about the price I could achieve and we actually exceeded it which was nice.

GoogleThe agent that was sent to do our viewings in Exeter didn’t know anything about the properties. Not the EPC, not if it was in a chain, not what the parking situation was. It’s already hard to accept agents’ dishonesty, when they’re also incompetent it really makes it an unbearable experience.
