TrustpilotThe Agent
The Agent, Matt Stinson felt we might be asking too much, but we were able to have a sensible conversation about it and it went on for the asking price. There were two viewings immediately on the Saturday and the first viewers made an immediate offer and it was sold immediately!

TrustpilotThe Auction Team +++
We had the pleasure of dealing with Courtney, Charlie and Lizzie before, during and after an auction property listed by Strakers. This was our first experience of buying/bidding on an auction property and they made it a reassuring and professional one, they answered any questions we had and kept us up to date with all of the information we needed to place a bid. We would highly recommend using the Auction Team and would use them again! +++

Strakers were very professional in all their dealings and negotiations on my purchase and were very accommodating in arranging post offer viewings and access which they had to accompany. I think they did a good job of navigating the fine line between representing the vendor and encouraging realistic negotiations which fostered trust with me as a buyer without compromising their or their client’s interests. They did their due diligence without pressure or officiousness and minimised the stress of buying as far as was possible. i would have no hesitation in recommending them as a knowledgeable and effective agent whether you are buying or selling.

GoogleGenerally good experience. Could always contact Mark if we needed anything. No welcome package like we have had previously which would have been a nice touch. I felt like an inconvenience at times. But I wasn’t their client. Would use if needed to.

If I could give 10 stars I would **********I contacted K at the local branch to ask for help in finding my son a rental as he was due to start his first job mid January. We live a long distance away therefore being able to view rental property's as they came onto the market was virtually impossible and were being rented so quickly he didn't stand a chance of getting there in time. However K at Strakers went above and beyond, providing him with a virtual viewing the very day I contacted her. He knew it was a property he definitely wanted to rent and was able to arrange a quick in person viewing asap. Happily he was able secure the rental and is moving in next week. It is my pleasure to shout about the service they offer from the rooftops :-)
