I agreed prior to leaving the property to arrange a deep clean and had no issue covering the cost. However, I was concerned by the conduct of your agent who attended to collect the keys, as I found his manner rude and intimidating. In addition, I would like to highlight a previous issue earlier in the tenancy (2021), when the boiler failed during the Christmas period, with temperatures below zero. At that time, your response focused on warning about potential damage to the system rather than addressing the situation or checking on our wellbeing, despite the difficult circumstances with my children. I had to arrange external heaters myself, and thankfully my neighbours supported us until the issue was resolved, after waiting several days without heating. By the way, your evaluation for the house was 0.0 damage.

Hi Mohamed, from a search on your name with our system I can only find you as a previous tenant in 2021. That left the property in a hurry and forgot to clean. At the time of check-out we only found this out. We arranged for the property to be cleaned and was taken from the deposit (all of which was agreed with you). I'm sorry you feel that a 1st review is required, i felt we dealt with you throughout the tenancy with professionalism.

I’m sure it’s fine for proper home owners but for students I wouldn’t recommend Had a viewing set for midweek, went to the house but no one was there, only when I called them I was told that all the rooms were letted the day before, no one called nor emailed me to let me know about this Had both my email and phone number but didn’t bother using either to tell me, the situation- wasted money and a 2 hour journey

I applied for house rent severally on propertypal with Midas but always not getting fill back weather the property has been rent out or not and difficult for black people to get rent with them

hi Pritam, Following your review, i dont feel that a fair reflection is "Not professional" When you moved out of the rental property we carried out a check-out inspection, this was re-viewed against your check-in inspection and we liaised with the landlord. The landlord instructed professional cleaning as they were unhappy with the way in whch it was left.
