GoogleI have dealt with many estate agents in four countries over my 64 years. EO’C stands alone, however, for the consideration, courtesy, friendliness, professionalism, respect, and the sheer compassion and humanity with which they have treated me. When matters became tense between me and the landlord, they vigorously represented my interests, rather than just exclusively siding with the latter, which had been my invariable experience with their industry peers up to that point. They even reserved a choice property and withheld it from the market at a time of an acute local housing crunch and waived the deposit when they could likely have let it on day one, surmising that my financial reserves had been depleted to satisfy the landlord’s ever-escalating demands, and unwilling to consign me to the streets. Eddie O’Connor also made a 60-mile round trip on his own initiative and his own dime to my unit to conduct a follow-up inspection to prevent the landlord from giving notice on a spurious pretext, which they were able to dissuade him from doing. They are in a class by themselves, and the only superlative I can bestow on them is ‘World’s Best Estate Agents.’

FacebookCatriona was so unprofessional and rude. She spoke to my father and sister while on speaker and spoke over them, raised her voice and hung up the phone ! She continuously said things were not her problem. If they weren’t her problem it is still her Job to be at the very very least professional when speaking to someone on the phone and passing them on to the right person, not throwing a tantrum and hanging up! Absolute disgrace to say the very least.

GoogleThey were helpful in most things but I have some gripes.
Left the place as I found it but was charged £80 'cleaning fee' as they said the "Bathroom floor was a bit sticky". Considering a plug socket was hanging off the wall in the kitchen and a door handle was hanging off, despite 2 emails and a phone call about it it was never fixed after 6 months - should have been fixed before handover!
