I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Derry Rentals, and it’s all thanks to Oliver. From the moment I reached out, he made the whole process of finding a new place feel effortless. Moving can be a nightmare, but Oliver took away all the stress, keeping things simple and clear from start to finish. What really stood out was that Oliver didn’t just sign me up and forget about me. After I moved in, he checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy with the property. If you’re looking for a rental process that’s as stress-free as possible, I can’t recommend Oliver and Derry Rentals enough. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of every step of the way!

I can honestly say that my experience with Derry Rentals has been nothing short of exceptional. Finding a new place to live is a stressful task, and I was initially overwhelmed by the whole process. However, from the moment I got in touch with Oliver, everything became so much easier. Oliver made sure that every step of the process was smooth and straightforward. He was always on hand to answer any questions, and he kept me updated regularly, so I never had to chase for information. It was a huge relief knowing that I had someone reliable and proactive guiding me through the rental process. What really stood out to me was how thorough Oliver was. He didn’t just help me find a place, he took care of all the details. He ensured that all the necessary safety checks were done, which gave me peace of mind moving into my new home. He also handled any arrangements that needed to be made, whether it was paperwork, maintenance, or other necessary steps, I didn’t have to lift a finger. Oliver followed up after I moved in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy with the place. That level of care and attention really made me feel like more than just another customer. The whole experience with Derry Rentals has been a pleasure, and I genuinely appreciate the professionalism and care they put into their service. If you're looking for an estate agent who will make the rental process stress free and simple, I highly recommend Oliver and the team at Derry Rentals. They truly go above and beyond.

This is a great service, dealing with Ollie was so easy. Such an easy process from beginning to end. Nothing was a problem, everything was taken care of. I had to do nothing. I would highly recommend Derry Rentals to everyone. This was a first class experience for me. I would not have been able to get the tenant as quickly or as successfully myself. Ollie even took my tenant around the city to sight see. I can put my hand on my heart and say I would not have thought to do something like that. It’s these special and kind touches that makes a business successful. Thank you Ollie

Oliver is friendly, helpful and was always available to answer any queries we had or help sort any small problems. Our landlord has also been very good at helping with questions/minor issues and replies quickly. The house was clean when we moved in and the heating, water pressure etc are all great. Haven't had any of the problems typical of student accommodation (such as mould or drafts) and it's so nice to be in a good quality house. Would definitely recommend Derry rentals!

Would highly recommend Derry rentals. Staff are Extremely competent, understanding and more than willing to go above and beyond to assist in anyway they can. I have rented prior with different agencies who were also very helpful however, personally Derry rentals would be my first recommendation to anyone. Zero judgements, wanting to help, extremely attentive. Made sure I understood the process and made me feel extremely confident if I ever need further assistance that they will not hesitate to help. Thank you. Daniel.

When a friend told us to contact Derry Rentals it was the best advice we were given for a long time. From our first encounter we found Oliver to be very friendly, helpful and genuine and he went out of his way to find the right property for us. When we recently had a slight problem with the heating, Oliver had a plumber out the very next morning to get it sorted. I would not hesitate to recommend Derry Rentals to any prospective tenant.
