Don't use Cullen Property, used to be a former tenant and despite cleaning the house top to bottom and the place was left in good condition, they still wouldn't give us back our full deposit. Landlord was also hard to reach, wouldn't answer our phone calls or texts if there was a problem with the house.

Hi Tara, Cullen Property Services did not manage your property. It is owned and managed by B Cullen, same name but nothing to do with Cullen Property Services. We have in the past offered advice and assistance to B Cullen but we do not manage his property. B Cullen is sub contracted to provide general maintenance and is not a direct employee of our business. Please do not link any dispute you may have with your landlord to our office.

Awful service. Students avoid this place at all costs!! My sister who is a student has been renting a property for 2 years and was supposed to get her deposit back 3 months ago. She phoned today to get her deposit back and he refused to give her it back in full as there was a stain on the bottom of a mattress?? My sister used a mattress topper for 2 years and no stains on it, so how could this be possible?? Other house mates got their deposit back even though there was visible damage done to a wall! Absolute joke, trying to scam poor students and make up total lies! My sister has a video of her room the day she handed back her keys and it is absolutely perfect! The owner of the estate agent over looked this and was sniggering down the phone. Such an awful awful service! Avoid this place at all costs

We spent 3 months in Derry, we paid for 6 person whereas we had just 5 rooms. The owner, B. Cullen spied us all the time, we even found his employees in our house when we came back from the job. He kept all the guarantees and we never had nor explanation. You know my mind, think what you want !

I rented a house of Cullen Property Service for my two years at university. They looked after me in a way that I felt I was at home. They provided all the nesscesary services which I needed. The standard of the house was inpecible and modern. I never had any issues with Cullen staff and they were very obliging when we looked for our deposits back. Of course there were a few marks of the walls from students being students but we were told not to worry that they would be putting a fresh coat of paint on the wall, sums up what kind of people they really are. If I was ever to rent a house in Derry again it would be of Cullen Property Service.
