Recently sold a house using Parsons and Company in Reepham. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by everyone…especially Michelle who kept us updated on everything throughout the initial stages of the house going on the market to the completion. Any questions were answered quickly and we had a hassle free experience from start to finish. If you are thinking of selling then I couldn’t recommend a better company to use!

We went to Parsons Estate Agents in Reepham in 2024 to sell a property we had there. We were so pleased with the top quality service we received there from Michelle, that we decided to use them again to sell our property in Swaffham. Sadly the Reepham office did not deal with Swaffham properties, but we had very friendly and helpful service from the Dereham office. We would have liked to have had more updates, even if just to say that nothing was happening, but the house did eventually sell, having had one sale fall through. Luke was very good with his drone pictures which showed the house to very good advantage.

Absolutely awful experience with Parsons in Dereham. If you're considering renting through them, don't. The landlord repeatedly turned up unannounced, showing zero respect for privacy or legal notice periods. It felt invasive and completely unprofessional. As for the repair service, what a joke. We reported multiple issues that went unresolved for weeks, sometimes months. Communication was sluggish at best, and when repairs were finally done, they were often botched or barely met minimum standards. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This agency operates with a shocking lack of accountability and basic decency.

We were moving back to the UK after some years in France. I was astounded at how quickly and professionally Lauren got things going for us. 15 minutes after our viewing she had got the landlord to agree to rent a lovely bungalow to us. Avoid at all costs ! Clicked at least 4 times in a week on a property off rightmove and asked for a viewing. Never heard back. Eventually phoned and was informed property had sold that day I phoned. They blamed RM for not notifying them. Unprofessional and couldn't care.
