Roxy sorted out 3 viewings for us very efficiently; she was interested in and very empathetic regarding our situation, and seemed genuinely interested in our comments on the properties we saw. Michaela took us to each home, arriving before us and then leading the way between the others; she also was keen to have our comments but discreet about the negatives when owners were present.
