It is always disappointing to receive a review such as this. We rarely do! However, as ever this is not the full story as records show a contractor was instructed the same day as the electric fire was reported, has attended and is scheduled for re attendance. This property continues to benefit from full gas central heating and always has done. One electric fire is noted as not working and works are on-going to reinstate this fire. As ever, Stuart Smith will continue to attempt to resolve this as soon as practicable.

GoogleI could not rate Stuart smith highly enough. I have had many bad experiences with letting agencies previously but the staff were most helpful and their fees were the most reasonable I could find. Would definitely recommend.

Good Morning Mr Finch, Regrettably the decision made by the Deposit Protections Service in respect of the dilapidations left at the property upon your vacation were made by adjudication. These sums were awarded to the landlord in respect of the dilapidations which required rectification.
