GoogleI've really enjoyed the three years I have lived here. The flats are pretty much the best deal out there. Very nice, big rooms, great facilities and all bills included. The landlord always fixes things straight away and the office is very helpful when there is a problem. Thanks guys, will miss you :)

GoogleAn amazing experience! Stayed with R&R for 3 years and will keep using R&R for as long as I can. Effective communication, spotless accommodation in the heart of Derby and always at hand for anything I need whether itβs maintenance or just a friendly chat. Will always recommend and grateful for my time there.

GoogleI highly recommend my apartment for international students. Perfect location; in close proximity to various University of Derby sites. Also a stone throw to the city center and bus station. You can't go wrong with choosing them if you are looking for elegance, affordability and diverse culture.

GoogleThe best student properties in Derby! I lived in two of their properties from 2019 to 2021 and they always looked after their tenants and the on-site team were very responsive to maintenance problems with the properties. Would recommend them to anyone who was looking for student accommodation.

Hi Steven, I was hoping to look into the problems you experienced, however, I can find no record of a tenant by your name having lived in any of our properties at any time and am wondering if your review may have been misdirected?
