GoogleI moved in a few days ago. I highly appreciate their swift processing, I enquired, viewed the rooms and finished the entire paperwork in the same hour. Never have had such an easy day. I have to thank Aneesha for it. She made it very easy for me. The room was clean and well maintained. It felt like walking into a beautiful hotel room. There's a big wardrobe, clean spotless bathroom, a tv, a nice & comfortable high back chair, a spacious lounge/kitchen etc.

GoogleI stayed with R&R Student Lets and had a really positive experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to stay. Everything was as described. A massive thank you to Aneesah for her amazing support throughout our stay. She was incredibly helpful, regularly checked in on us, and made sure we had everything we needed. She made a difference to our experience. I would definitely recommend R&R Student Lets to anyone.

GoogleBeing a late starter to university, one thing I have always looked for when viewing student properties is a spacious setting that could hold all the possessions from my previous homes. In that aspect, R&R has been perfect for my needs. I've spent the past two years in one of their accommodations, living comfortably through both the learning semesters, and holidays. Nick has been a very gracious and friendly landlord, who has made my stay here exceptional. Furthermore, Becky and Aneesah are wonderful members of the team, who have always been at hand whenever I had a question or request. I recommend R&R to anyone looking for premium grade student housing.

GoogleLovely spacious living space. I shared an 8 bed house with my friends over the last year and it was enjoyable. The landlord was good and down to earth. He ensured everything was sorted in a good amount of time, if not he would take it upon himself to do it. Issues within the house such as hot water/ boiler issues, couple bathroom leaks but they were sorted asap. House was clean on arrival. Nick is a great landlord! All the team are very professional and I recommend this company for students.

GoogleLived at the Mile the last year, being so close to everything was amazing. We had a lovely room and bathroom. Our room and communal areas were spacious and bright. The landlord was friendly and very easy to talk too, they were very quick in responding to issues and during some maintenance they moved us to a studio so our studies weren’t disrupted. Overall was a lovely experience living there. Only major issues with the Mile property was parking. (Thanks, Jessie & Joe)

GoogleWould definitely recommend this place for uni students. Rent was fair, and any maintenance stuff got sorted quickly. Staff were super easy to get in touch with and really helpful. The house had everything, big kitchen, decent amount of bathrooms, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and loads of fridge space. Plus, there was even a garden area which was such a bonus. Location was spot-on, close to all the uni campuses and the city centre. My room had loads of space, a big wardrobe and a proper desk setup. Honestly, no complaints!

GoogleBeen with R&R for the past year now after I moved out of uni halls. The staff are all lovely and have been very quick at replying to and resolving any issues. Rooms were very spacious and had everything in that I needed. Kitchens are well equipped and suitable for the amount of people in the house. Overall I’ve had a very good experience with R&R and will be definitely returning next year.

Nick has been really friendly, and incredibly responsive whenever anyone had any questions or issues. He genuinely cared about the wellbeing of the tenants and the condition of the property. i would definitely recommend R&R for people looking for a place to stay :)

GoogleHonestly such a lovely and spacious place to live- there was 8 of us and we each had our own space and plenty of it. The location was great, not too far from the uni campus or town. Landlord is so so lovely and overall the house really felt like a home :)

GoogleStayed with them for the 3 years I was attending university and every single year the service was terrible, I would send emails about things that needed fixing or email about receiving my key at the start of the year and wouldn’t get a response for 2 weeks if at all.

They ensure that you get back your money when you ask for a refund. I highly recommend R&R to international students as they will ensure that you get the right property at a good price. GoogleI've been renting with R and R Rentals for this academic year, and the experience has been far better than when I lived in university halls. The landlord is approachable, helpful, and always quick to sort out any issues. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The office staff are also brilliant. The girls in the office are friendly, professional, and always on top of everything. Whether it’s paperwork or maintenance, things get done quickly and smoothly, which makes a huge difference as a student. I genuinely feel looked after here, and because of that, I plan on staying with R and R Rentals until I finish university. They've made renting easy and stress-free, and I’d definitely recommend them to other students or anyone looking for reliable accommodation.

GoogleI’ve had an amazing experience living here the past year! The flat is beautiful - clean, spacious, and well looked after, with a modern and cosy feel. The area itself is quiet and peaceful, close to uni and there’s also free parking which has been hugely beneficial. What really makes it stand out is the landlord, who is friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about his tenants. I had a couple of small issues over the year, and he always came over himself or sent someone to repair them straight away. If you’re looking for quiet, well-managed accommodation with a landlord who really listens and gets things sorted, I’d definitely recommend R&R!!😊

The team is super helpful & the properties are well maintained. In my experience the landlord goes above and beyond for tenants, making every step of the process as easy and stress free as possible. GoogleI spent 2 years living in a shared house with R&R and I can honestly say the time I had there I'll never forget. The house was incredible, it came with everything you could ask for as a student living with friends. The people behind R&R were nothing but amazing, there when you need them and ready to fix any problems asap. Many of which we had, The house felt ours and the memories we were allowed to create there will be apart of me for the rest of my life. I'll say now moving, you don't know how good you have it until you don't have it no more.

GoogleWorst landlord ever!! He would come in without forewarning anyone which is illegal, would come in screaming and shouting and swearing….was not professional in any circumstances whatsoever. Allegedly he is coked up 24/7. Property was a state when first moved into, boiler and oven etc barely worked. Becky (absolute gem, cannot fault her in the slighest, was extremely helpful and professional). Would come in complaining about the state of the house which was hardly ever that bad even for a student house. Genuinely one of the worst landlords I’ve experienced and really would not recommend using them at all. There’s no deposit protection which should of been a red flag at the beginning but was naive being a first year.

GooglePricey compared to other places but 5-star quality which is very uncommon for student accommodation. Landlord is friendly and happy to help. Deposit is protected and was fully returned to me at the end of my tenancy. Any problems were sorted within a couple days - our ethernet port was broken on arrival and was fixed before I started the university term. Rent includes bills. Only fault was that even though I had moved out after only 2 months of being there, I was still charged full rent price even though I wouldn't have been producing any bills. This was a 1 bed solo property, so monitoring it would have been easy and proved that it was empty.

GoogleLived with R&R for two years and recently moved out. Absolutely fantastic service!! Nick is always around to help and Becky is so professional, Call back and reply every of my email in short time. Negotiable with move in dates and my deposit are protected well. Even when I moved to another city they’re willing to help with things like reference. Not only kind to me but also to all my friends came to visit me, warm greeting always. Awesome experience for the past two years and will definitely recommend to others!!!
